Take care of your health – Physical, mental, and emotional well-being are everything.
Practice mindfulness – Become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surroundings.
Listen to the changes that you feel.
Spend half an hour a day in solitude- Quiet time brings clarity.
Learn how to cook – Learning how to feed yourself is a life skill, not a luxury.
Your happiness is in your hands – Life is too short to worry. Focus on what you can change, not what you can’t.
Don’t react – Respond.
Money & Time
Start saving – Financial freedom is peace of mind.
Learn time management – You have more time than you think.
Stop with the excuses – Own your actions and decisions.
Follow current events – It’s important to know what’s happening around you.
Travel – See new places, meet new people, and expand your perspective.
Start doing weekly reviews – What’s working and what needs to improve?
